CQC: Agenda approach
Could you provide evidence that you took reasonable steps to ensure CQC compliance?
Since April 2010, all NHS providers have been required to be registered with the Care Quality Commission – whether part of the NHS or a private provider.
Registration requires compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010 and the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009 – in particular, relating to the recruitment of staff.
