Agenda Screening Services are looking for people with great customer service skills to join our rapidly expanding team of Desktop Researchers. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly and confidently at all levels and play an integral part in maintaining Agenda’s key commitment to achieving service levels.
Please note that due to our picturesque rural location, and lack of Public transport links, having your own vehicle is advantageous. However, for those without their own transport, we run a minibus service from Hull Interchange to our office near Burstwick (and back!).
What we will expect from you
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional telephone manner with the ability to work seamlessly with both clients and candidates.
Ability to follow processes with a high degree of accuracy.
Clear and concise e-mail correspondence .
Research, analysis and evaluation of information.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing and prioritising your own workload.
Positive and responsible attitude.
Use of Microsoft Office tools and Internet search engines

Following successful completion of your 6 months’ probation your salary will increase to £17,775.00.

What you will need:
At least 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grades A-C.
Customer service experience, ideally from a customer contact centre or a similar customer service environment.
Accuracy with attention to detail and the ability to concentrate within our fast-paced environment.
Whilst home working, an ability to be self-motivated and to work independently (whilst being supported via Teams calls with your line manager and colleagues).
