Verification of the right to work in the UK and any limitations and restricts the individual may have. Our right to work services support an employer’s statutory requirements to prevent illegal working in the UK
The offence of illegal working is not limited to working under a contract of employment and covers all types of work, including apprenticeships and self-employment.
As part of our right to work checks, we will validate nationality and any applicable Government-granted rights of residency and associated rights to work, including specified durations.
This check can also be used by landlords, as part of their duties to confirm a right to rent.
